I wanted to write you a sincere thank you for all of your help in purchasing our vacation home on Baden.   So far we are enjoying our home and all Tahoe Donner has to offer; we look forward to the years ahead in our new home. 

In so many ways, you went above and beyond the role of realtor. In previous real estate transactions, we felt like many realtors were rushing through the process.  They were more interested in closing the deal than finding something we loved.  One of the first things that we appreciated was your ability to listen to our desires and needs and then work within those constraints to find a good fit. 

We appreciated was your honesty and unbiased input.  You were forthcoming with a wealth of ideas, and the expertise you provided about the area and market gave us a keen perspective of the current climate.   We felt confident that together we were a team committed to finding that “right” home for us and wouldn’t settle for anything less. 

You carry a wonderful combination of professionalism and personal sincerity.  Your unparalleled service to us made us feel if we were your only client.  We felt very supported through the entire process and even still- now that we are settled in, we feel lucky to have someone who is a local contact for all that is “Tahoe”.   

Your integrity, consultative nature and pleasant candor are a few of the many reasons I would strongly recommend you to friends and family.  While we hope to be in this home for many years, we would undoubtedly use you again for any of our future real estate needs.
